Clients learn skills in managing and coping with difficult experiences, painful thoughts, emotions and feelings. This group can be helpful for individuals experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, anger, and burnout. The group will run from Jan. 29th to Apr 2nd every Wed from 6 to 8pm. Mindful Eating Week 3

In this free virtual (9-week) 2 hour program: You will learn about mindful eating, engage in mindful-based practices including meditation, mindful eating exercises and visualization. Create awareness of your relationship with food and about the difference between thoughts and feelings associated with eating. Overall, learn how to develop a healthy relationship with food.
