In this time of food prices rising it can sometimes feel difficult to be able to eat healthy on a budget. This workshop will talk about how to do exactly that. Introduction to Mindfulness - Online

Infant Nutrition workshop is a free one day (1-hour) program held online. Learn about Baby’s first foods as well as introducing and progressing solids. Taste and Learn
In this in person 2 hour workshop you will learn how to prepare quick nutritious meals, eat healthy on a budget or for time constraints, read food labels and learn more about whole grains. Provide cooking, shopping and grocery ideas. Gain practical experience by going on a virtual grocery store tour with a dietitian where product comparisons are made and individual recommendations are discussed. This is a two hour virtual workshop where participants will gain a greater understanding of the components of heart health management and helpful types of diet profiles such as Mediterranean diet. Facilitators will also teach you how to manage your high cholesterol, high triglycerides, high blood pressure or heart disease or prevent heart disease.
