Powerful Tools for Caregivers Week 1

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a FREE (6-Week - 1-1/2 Hour) Virtual Group that focuses on supporting caregivers. Caring for a family member or friend with a chronic condition can be physically, emotionally, and financially draining. This online highly effective, evidenced-based, self-care educational program for family caregivers, builds the skills caregivers need to take better care of themselves as they provide care for others. 

Use of computer camera and audio is required. Workshop is hosted using Zoom Platform. 

The group will run from February 17 to March 24, 2026 every Tuesday from10am to 11:30am.
