Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Skills Group Week 2

This FREE (6-Week - 2-Hour) Virtual Group Program is a psychoeducational/skills developing group for managing anxiety and depression. Understanding and challenging our “negative automatic thoughts” is one of the important element of CBT Treatment. In this group you will learn how your thought patterns influence your mood and behaviours. We will also discuss techniques that can help you explore the behavioural patterns that contribute to mood changes. You’ll also learn how focusing on life style changes, self care and mindfulness can help you assist in anxiety and depression management and recovery.

The group will run from April 14 to May 19, 2026 every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30pm.

The last day for registration is April 7, 2026.
