Monthly Information Session - Fatty Liver

This interactive free (2 hour) virtual workshop will provide information about fatty liver. Fatty liver disease is a common condition caused when extra fat is stored in the liver.  When fat in the liver reaches unhealthy levels, it can lead to inflammation, scarring (fibrosis) and cirrhosis. This workshop will explore the role of the liver in the body, the role of nutrition in optimizing liver health and exercise.  Please join us and bring all your questions with you.
