This interactive Free (1-Day - 2-hour) Virtual Group Workshop introduces attendees to the basic concepts of mindfulness and meditation. Participants will be provided with an overview of the benefits of practicing mindfulness, how to meditate and be led in practice to experience brief meditations and mindfulness exercises first hand.
Use of computer camera and audio is required. Workshop is hosted using the Zoom platform. Last day for registration is Wednesday February 18, 2026.
