This FREE Interactive (4-Week - 2-Hour) Virtual Group Workshop is an introduction to mindfulness to teach emotional regulation skills for those wishing to learn to manage their emotions in a healthy, practical and present manner. No prior mindfulness experience or training is required to attend.
This group will run from Thursday March 5 to Thursday March 26, 2026 every Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00pm.
An assessment will be completed prior to the group by one of the facilitators to ensure that you are a good fit for the group.
Use of computer camera and audio is required. Workshop is hosted using the Zoom Platform. This is an interactive program and participants will be expected to be on camera while attending the group.
