Mindful Eating Week 3

In this free virtual (9-week) 2 hour program: You will learn about mindful eating, engage in mindful-based practices including meditation, mindful eating exercises and visualization. Create awareness of your relationship with food and about the difference between thoughts and feelings associated with eating. Overall, learn how to develop a healthy relationship with food. It will run from Sept 10th to Nov. 5th. The last day for registration is Sept. 3rd. To register for the group please click here.
