Heart Health

This is a two hour virtual workshop where participants will gain a greater understanding of the components of heart health management and helpful types of diet profiles such as Mediterranean diet. Facilitators will also teach you how to manage your high cholesterol, high triglycerides, high blood pressure or heart disease or prevent heart disease. Individuals with a family history of high cholesterol, blood pressure, heart attacks or strokes may benefit from this program. The last day to register for this program Sept 23rd.
