Sleep Workshop

This FREE (1-Day - 2-Hour) Virtual Group Workshop helps to understand the contributing factors of insomnia. It focuses on exploring the varying sleep – wake schedule, daytime napping and excessive time spend in bed. The workshop uses a CBT approach in learning strategies to quiet a noisy mind and to engage in behaviours that helps to improve sleep.
