Introduction to Mindfulness

This FREE (1-Day - 2-Hour) Interactive Virtual Group Workshop introduces attendees to the basic concepts of mindfulness and meditation. Participants will be provided an overview of the benefits of practicing mindfulness, how to meditate and be led in practice, to experience brief meditations and mindfulness exercises first hand.
