Mindful Eating Week 5

This FREE (8-Week - 2-Hour) Virtual Group Program will help you learn about mindful eating, engage in mindful-based practices including meditation, mindful eating exercises and visualization. Create awareness of your relationship with food and about the difference between thoughts and feelings associated with eating. Overall, learn how to develop a healthy relationship with food.

The group will run from October 28 to December 16, 2026 every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30pm. 

The last day for registration is Wednesday October 21, 2026.
