Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Week 4

This FREE (4-Week - 2-Hour) Virtual Group Program is a psychoeducational/skills developing group for managing anxiety and depression. Understanding and challenging our “negative automatic thoughts” is one of the important element of CBT Treatment. In this group you will learn how your thought patterns influence your mood and behaviours. We will also discuss techniques that can help you explore the behavioural patterns that contribute to mood changes. You’ll also learn how focusing on life style changes, self care and mindfulness can help you assist in anxiety and depression management and recovery.

The group will run from April 7, 2027 to April 28, 2027 every Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30pm.

The last day for registration is Wednesday March 31, 2027.
